When will I receive my CE certificate?
CE certificates are emailed automatically about two weeks after the event — typically within 14 days. That short window lets us finalize the live attendance record (and, for guests who registered with a partner-association code, confirm membership) before credit is issued.
You don't need to request one — it arrives by email from OAHQ once it's ready.
Who is eligible for a CE certificate?
Certificates go to everyone marked as having attended the live session. Credit is based on verified live attendance, so registering alone — or watching the recording afterward — doesn't earn CE credit. Each certificate reflects the CE credits approved for that specific event.
I attended but haven't received my certificate — what should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, and make sure the email address on your registration is current. If it's been more than two weeks since the event and your certificate still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help track it down.
